'Gotta Pay Rent' SALE!!

I know, I know, it's a recurring theme in today's society. "The economy is hurting, people are hurting".

*sigh*

We're hurting. It's the classic struggle of 2 full time college students trying to stay afloat till they graduate (while raising 2 handsome boys).

So I'm having a sale. I know, I know, doesn't make sense. We're desperate for money, so I sell my goodies for LESS? I don't get it either. But it's happening. and I do have more things available to list in my shop, but they're stuck on my computer - and the monitor is on the fritz so I can't get to them. I'm not sure how long the sale will last, but it's for anything that's "ready to ship" in my shop. So, like this shirt. Or this Diaper Bag Jr. All prices are already marked down with a great discount! I hope to be able to list more, but that depends on my monitor situation. I don't currently have an external hard drive, so all my pictures are on my computer (I know, I know, naughty!!)

Sunday Sale!

Because my husband is a DIE HARD football fanatic and I am a sad and lonely football widow (only on Sundays, don't worry) I decided tomorrow would be the perfect day to hold a SALE!

So. For tomorrow only (12:00AM-11:59PM) EVERYTHING in my shop {yes, even the sale items} will be 12% off.

12%? What an odd number, you say?

Well Ladies and Gents, My hubby's favorite football player, Mr. Tom Brady, has the #12 adorned on his jersey. And after all, this sale IS in honor of my husband's love for football.

So how does this work? All you do is purchase the item as normal, but DON'T PAY. Make sure you put "FOOTBALL12" in the message to seller or you will NOT receive the discount. I will then send you a revised invoice and you can continue from there! I ship everything priority unless you prefer otherwise.

I am working to get some of my pre-printed shirts and onesies listed, as well as some of the other sewn goodies I've had sitting in my craft room waiting to be listed.

Spread the word, the more the merrier! AND it's for a good cause (proceeds go towards helping us pay rent {wink})!!!

Barrel of Monkeys

So, I will fully and readily admit that I am not a perfectionist. Usually it works out ok, but sometimes, like in my sewing, it can bite me in the butt. An entire project could be ruined because I wasn't careful enough, or didn't pay attention. So, I have acquired a small handful of crafts that I've made that are still good, they look wonderful, they're fully functional... but they are flawed. So instead of wasting a.)my time, b.)money, and c.)precious fabric/clothing/ink I have decided to create a special section just for my little "oopsies" that will be sold for a discount! I call it the Barrel of Monkeys. It's a place where I can blame my naughty little monkeys for all my fun little mistakes ;-)

You can see the whole listing in my shop, and as you can see, that's the only little blip in it. I'm sad that I did that, cause I really liked this bag... but hopefully people will see this section not as a place for my "discards", but as a place to get the same great items at an "as is" price with a little character thrown in ;-)

Practice makes Perfect GIVEAWAY!

Ok folks, here it is! After wrestling with my screen printing supplies for a couple weeks (and having to take time off for vacation) I have finally gotten around to making my first onesie! And I must say, it's adorable :-) However, being that it's my first one, and I am still having a few screen issues... this sweet little onesie has a couple of flaws! So, in celebration of getting my screen printing back off the ground AND so you can benefit from my "practice makes perfect" goods, I am GIVING this onesie away!

So here it is... Size 3-6 months, printed on a mint green SUPER soft onesie (the pictures don't exactly give the best representation of color, it's your typical baby green when you see it in person) and sporting a sweet little ASL I Love You sign! What a perfect way to give your little one a "voice" before s/he can say it for themselves :-)
