To those of you who were jealous of my Caribou run (people in my hometown, oh how we wish we had one!) don't be. I was beyond disappointed. I opted for the Mint Condition... and once again I wondered afterward why I didn't just stick to what I know and love. It was yuck. I think they made it funky, cause I'm sure normally it should be a yummy drink.
Poo. The worse part is that those stupid drinks are 4 bucks a piece. What a waste.
I hear ya. I've tried several different drinks at Caribou, but none compare to a Zebra Mocha. I don't mind trying something new and different, but I'm too cheap to waste $4 on something I may not like!
ReplyDeleteI hear you too! Except my experience was with Starbucks. I tried the Peppermint White Chocolate something or other, thinking that it would be delicious, because I LOVE mint chocolate chip ice cream. Not so. Just not good at all. I will definitely stick with what I know and love...the Caramel Frapuccino!
ReplyDeleteI hear ya. I've had that happen before too and it's such a let down! You should have asked for something else like that time @ SBux. When I worked @ Gregs we'd make a new drink if someone didn't like the first one. (I'm usually too chicken to ask though...) But now you've made me want coffee yet again! No more coffee talk!!
ReplyDeletePS...don't get the turtle mocha from Cbou when they come. There's chunks of chocolate & nuts in it. I don't like chunky coffee. And I obviously don't need coffee today, as evidenced by this post-length comment. bye now!
